Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an OB/GYN setting during overnight shifts
- Support labor, delivery, and postpartum patient populations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Adhere to unit protocols, policies, and patient safety guidelines throughout each shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in OB/GYN or a related specialty
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work night shifts, 36 hours per week, including every third weekend
- Travel nursing eligibility and willingness to work on a short-term contract basis
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a maternal child health or OB/GYN setting
- Familiarity with labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care workflows
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments with minimal orientation
