License: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required. Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required. Must-Have: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff. Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
