Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery/Maternal Child – Wisconsin
Start Date: September 30, 2026

Schedule: Full-time nursing position providing care for maternal, newborn, and medical-surgical patients
Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for maternal and newborn patients in a labor and delivery setting
- Cross-train to support Med Surg/EICU units as needed, offering diverse clinical experience
- Manage full spectrum of obstetric care including labor progression, inductions, fetal monitoring, and neonatal assessment
- Develop individualized patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supportive certification pathway with training provided within first year (NRP, ALSO, STABLE, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring)
- Work in a patient-centered environment that emphasizes quality care and family education
Requirements:
- Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain
- AHA BLS certification within 1 month of hire
- Willingness to obtain NRP within 6 months, ALSO within 1 year, STABLE within 1 year, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 1 year of hire
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration and patient assessment
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with care teams
