- For LDRP specialty: Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required; OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months; SAFER NM Technician certification preferred
- Strong critical-thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to deliver culturally competent care to diverse patient populations
- Physical ability to lift, position, and transfer patients using proper body mechanics
