Job Opportunity – OB Registered Nurse – Kansas

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week, 8-week assignment. Holiday coverage required.

Highlights:

• Labor and delivery experience with a focus on receiving newborns in the delivery room
• No traditional on-call requirement – scheduled shifts only
• Cross-training opportunity with Medical-Surgical float coverage during low census periods
• Cerner EMR system in use
• Flexible scrub color policy
• Short-term, 8-week contract with structured scheduling

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Kansas (or compact state license)
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification required
• Demonstrated delivery room experience, including receiving babies
• Previous Medical-Surgical nursing experience required for float coverage
