# Job Opportunity – High Risk OB Registered Nurse – Tennessee
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3 weekend shifts per schedule; patient ratios range from 1:1 to 6:1 depending on acuity; charge nurse and CNC support available each shift
Highlights:- 25-bed High Risk OB unit specializing in antepartum care, labor and delivery, and cesarean sections
- Diverse case mix including high-risk antepartum patients, vaginal deliveries, c-sections, magnesium drip management, and bereavement care
- Experience with Connect and Expanse documentation systems
- Float opportunities within women's services including OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor and Delivery
- Supportive team environment with charge nurse coverage and unit secretary assistance when available
- 2 positions available for qualified candidates
Requirements:- Current RN license in Tennessee
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN
- High risk antepartum nursing experience
- Labor and delivery experience required
- Ability to circulate cesarean sections
- Experience managing patients on magnesium drips
- Gynecological nursing experience preferred
- Adherence to dress code: navy blue, teal blue, or grey scrubs
