# Job Opportunity – High Risk OB Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Schedule: 3 weekend shifts per schedule period; varied patient ratios based on acuity (1:1 to 6:1); Charge nurse and unit secretary support available

- Comprehensive case mix including high-risk antepartum monitoring, labor and delivery, cesarean sections, magnesium drip management, gynecological procedures, and bereavement care
- Electronic documentation systems (Connect and Expanse) for streamlined clinical workflows
- Floating opportunities to OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor and Delivery units for diverse clinical exposure
- Dedicated charge nurse and Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) support on each shift
- Must be proficient in circulating cesarean sections and managing complex antepartum patients
Requirements:- Current RN license in Tennessee (or compact state license)
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN
- High-risk antepartum experience required
- Labor and delivery experience, including vaginal deliveries and cesarean section circulating
- Experience managing magnesium drips and high-acuity obstetric patients
- Gynecological nursing experience preferred
- Adherence to facility dress code: navy blue, seal blue, or grey scrubs
