Description:
Newborn Nursery needs NICU Level 2 experience.
Shift Times: 0600-1830, 1800-0630.
There are 8 Level II SCN Beds.
The unit handles approximately 800 births per year.
There is 24/7 availability of NNP and Neonatology.
Cancellation policy applies to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment.
The charting system used is Allscripts.
A BSN is not required for this position.
The trauma level is 3.
The care setting is acute.
Shift Notes: 12-hour days are required.
Required certifications include BLS (AHA) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
