**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Newborn Nursery!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team providing exceptional care to our newborn patients during their crucial early days.
- Play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care through:
- Utilization of the Nursing Process in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrating critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care.
- Maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
- Delegating patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.
- Providing direction and supervision to personnel involved in patient care.
- Enjoy flexibility with:
- 12-hour night shifts, 3 nights per week (7P-7A).
- Opportunities to float to couplet nurse during low census to enhance your skills and versatility.
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including prior travel experience.
