Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Preferred Education: Master’s Degree
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS
Mandatory Experience:
- Nurse Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab
- Flexible start times 7a - 9a
- Temp to perm opportunity
- Must have exp. with complex medical centers/teaching institutions who ideally have experience leading cath labs and a structural heart program.
- Must have exp. managing large volume, 4 - 5 labs min.
- Must have Critical Care/High Risk Exp.
- Must have minimum 5 years of management exp.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and improving clinical outcomes in high-volume cardiovascular settings.
