License: - Active RN License in Ohio or Compact License required. Certifications: - Active American Heart Association BLS required. - Active American Heart Association ACLS required. Must-Have: - Strong clinical and leadership skills required. - Experience with staffing, scheduling, payroll, competency assessment, compliance, quality improvement, and problem resolution required. Description: The Clinical Manager will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the unit. This includes staffing, scheduling, payroll, associate management and development, competency and compliance, quality improvement, problem resolution, and change management. The manager will also work closely with nursing leadership, physicians, and other departments to support patient care, associate engagement, quality, and operational goals. We are looking for someone who can step in and provide strong day-to-day leadership. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the existing leadership team and staff. This unit encompasses Telemetry, ICU Step-down, and some Medical/Surgical functions.
