The Clinical Nurse Manager ensures a safe, developmentally appropriate, and therapeutically structured treatment environment. In collaboration with interdisciplinary leaders, the Clinical Nurse Manager upholds quality care standards, promotes patient and staff safety, supports continuous performance improvement, and engages in hospital-wide initiatives. Prior leadership experience in an adolescent psychiatric or acute behavioral health program is highly preferred. A BSN or MSN or equivalent experience combined with education is highly preferred. Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing is preferred. Submission of a resume with psychiatric and leadership experience is required.
