We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at an outpatient clinic in Bethel, AK. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care standards, and guide a dedicated clinical team. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to foster professional growth and performance excellence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans and unit policies
• Monitor staffing levels and scheduling to maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios
• Conduct quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Manage incident reports, grievances, and conflict resolution among staff and patients
• Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and operational goal-setting for the unit
✅ Requirements
• Active AK or Compact RN license
• BLS certification
• 5+ years of Nurse Manager experience
• ACLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality improvement processes, and staff development best practices
Pay
Pay range: $2,752 to $2,908 per week.
Travel Nurse Manager RN package: up to $2,908/week (32 hours) = $41/hour taxable + up to $1,596/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules.
Local package: $86/hour fully taxable ($2,752/week for 32 hours).
Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
