Required Certifications: CPR and NRP

        Requirements:-

• Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a specialty area.
• Active California RN License required.
  
  Key Responsibilities:- 
   
• Provide safe, individualized, and age-appropriate nursing care to patients and families.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify care needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and evaluate responses to nursing interventions.
• Recognize and respond to complex and high-risk clinical situations.
• Educate patients' families and address their learning needs.
• Advocate for patients and families while promoting participation in care decisions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation according to facility policies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Delegate and assign responsibilities according to team members' scope of practice and competencies.
