- Responsibilities: Monitor patient conditions, report changes, coordinate care and supervise LPNs/support staff
- Documentation: Evaluate and document patient progress
- Focus: Patient-centered, safe and evidence-based nursing care
- Other: Quality improvement, continuing education and collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams
- License: Massachusetts RN license required
