Job Description & Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience mandatory.
• Must be capable of caring for Level IV NICU acuity patients.
• Epic experience is not required; Cerner experience is mandatory.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Must be comfortable managing a typical 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio, occasionally increasing to 1:4 during surge periods.
• Must be willing and clinically competent to float to Pediatric ICU when required.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM.
• Agency-listed schedule: 4 × 12-hour shifts.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• BLS required.
• NRP required.
• RQI certifications are not accepted.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

• COVID-19 vaccination is required
• Flu vaccination required.

LICENSE

• Active RN license required
• Pending license accepted at submission.
