Job Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Assess, monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions.
- Administer medications and carry out physician/nursing orders.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare disciplines.
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide safe, compassionate care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU.
Requirements
- BLS – Required
- NRP – Required
- Previous NICU experience required.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity neonatal environment.
