NICU RN – Job Overview

• Provide comprehensive, around-the-clock care to newborns ranging from extremely premature infants to term/near-term, high-risk, and critically ill babies.
• Care for infants who are less critical but still recovering, developing, and maturing.
• Monitor and manage the needs of critically ill and premature newborns.
• Provide emotional support and education to parents.
• Educate parents on newborn care and preparing for discharge/home care.
• Work collaboratively with the neonatal healthcare team to provide safe, individualized patient care.
  
  Required / Submission Requirements
• BLS
• RN State License
• NICU RN experience
• NICU Skills competency
