Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU RN) – Day Shift

Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week ONLY
- Schedule Structure: 12-hour day shifts (3 shifts per week). Strict 36-hour schedule.
- Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Holiday Requested Time Off (RTO) will not be approved.
- On-Call / Standby: No On-Call required.
- Floating Protocol & Unit Details: No Floating required. EMR: Epic. Coordinated neonatal intensive care delivery, neonate assessment, stabilization, interdisciplinary care management, and oversight of assigned nursing staff using critical thinking and independent judgment.

- Minimum dedicated NICU / Neonatal Intensive Care nursing experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Hands-on Epic EMR experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Acute care facility experience preferred.
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active RN License in state of practice strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active CPR / BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from an approved vendor [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA NRP or ARC NALS (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Active S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification strictly required [HARDSTOP].
