Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Specialist in LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas. This position requires an experienced HCP to provide specialized care in a level 4 NICU setting, with flexibility to float to other units within the ICU cluster, including pediatric intensive care, cardiovascular units, burn ICU, and intermediate care. The role involves working night shifts and supporting a high-acuity neonatal patient population.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Extensive experience in level 4 NICU (clearly noted on submission packet). Experience in level 1 or 2 NICU will not be considered. Must have at least one prior travel assignment. EPIC experience is REQUIRED (please note on packet). Active AR (Arkansas) or Compact License must be active upon offer. Candidate must pass FIT TEST (no facial hair unless for religious beliefs). IVS to interview. Manager to make the offer.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Position start date is 08/31/2026. No COVID vaccination requirement specified.
