Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, BLS certification, experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months in neonatal intensive care or related specialty, and ability to meet clinical performance competencies.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; professional certification in neonatal or pediatric nursing.
- Additional Information: The role involves providing direct patient care, coordinating with healthcare team members, and documenting all patient interactions and interventions. It requires physical agility, effective communication, and adherence to safety precautions related to blood and bodily fluids. This position includes weekend requirements and an assigned holiday.
