Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Glendale, California.

Requirements

  • BSN: Preferred
  • Acute Care Facility Experience: Preferred
  • Active RN License: Required
  • BLS/CPR: Required
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program): Required
  • Required vaccinations must be completed as applicable
  • Medical/religious exemptions may apply

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and collect relevant clinical data
  • Analyze assessments and identify patient care needs
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Coordinate care and promote a safe patient environment
  • Monitor patient progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members
  • Provide patient and family education
  • Provide health information to patients, families, and the care team
  • Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care
  • Delegate and coordinate duties appropriately
  • Perform other assigned nursing duties
