- Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (AHA) required

- Skills checklist: completed within 1 year of submission date required

- Submission requirements: NRP required, BLS required, Epic Experience required, at least 1 travel contract completed, experience with epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine needed, must not have been an employee of the organization in the last 12 months, references including 1 supervisory reference at time of submission required
- Additional information: Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility; Madison candidates may be local with a 10% rate reduction
