Job Details

  • Position Description: RN/NICU with an average daily census of 6.9 across 18 rooms and 20 beds. Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries, managing NICU patients across levels II and III, and handling various neonatal procedures.
  • Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), minimum 2 years of NICU experience, siting specific skills such as high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal procedures, and must meet education and location requirements.
  • Schedule: Night shifts; 12 hours each; minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: The role involves on-call duties, with two 12-hour shifts every six weeks, and requires floating within scope to attend deliveries and support nursery units as needed.
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates must complete required compliance documentation, labs within 48-72 hours of signing, and all pre-start modules by the specified deadlines. Epic training modules are also required prior to start date.
