Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in the southern region offers a vital role in providing specialized care to neonatal patients. The role involves attending high-risk deliveries and Cesarean sections, with a focus on neonatal patient health in a Level II NICU setting. Job Details:
- Location: Facility in the southwestern region, offering a welcoming community with local attractions and outdoor recreational opportunities.
- Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, any experience level acceptable, location in the state of New Mexico, and the ability to work a night shift.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, familiarity with high-risk deliveries and Cesarean sections.
- Additional Information: Travel assignment. Candidates must have the required certifications prior to start date. Attending all high-risk deliveries and cesarean sections is essential. The unit specifically serves neonatal patients, and personnel are expected to comply with all state-specific licensing and background check requirements.
