Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse in Tennessee. This nine-week assignment involves working in a Level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit environment. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional to provide specialized care for neonatal patients during night shifts.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, basic life support (BLS) certification, neonatal intensive care experience or relevant certification, location in Tennessee, and at least 1 year of experience in neonatal intensive care or similar setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified NE neonatal intensive care certification, pediatric advanced life support (PALS), electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) certification, and experience working in a Level 2 NICU
- Additional Information: This position is a 9-week assignment with a focus on providing high-quality neonatal care in a Level 2 NICU. Clinical responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with neonatal procedures. The facility emphasizes adherence to protocols and patient safety.
