Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of NICU nursing experience
• Ventilator experience required
• Experience caring for 23-40+ week gestation infants
• Current CPR certification
• Current NRP certification
• Experience with ventilators and oscillators preferred
• Experience with CPN charting preferred
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, collaborative attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to NICU patients in a fast-paced neonatal unit
• Monitor and support newborns requiring respiratory support and specialized neonatal care
• Assist with intubations, eye exams, feeding tube insertions, and IV insertions
• Care for infants using advanced equipment such as vents, oscillators, and Vapotherm
• Maintain accurate documentation in Centricity Perinatal and Meditech
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, effective patient care
• Support unit needs during night shifts and scheduled weekend coverage
