Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Neurology Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare facility located in Wisconsin. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care in a neurology-focused medical surgical unit. The position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, adherence to nursing standards, and participation in performance improvement activities. The schedule consists of 12-hour daytime shifts, with every other weekend and holiday commitments.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days (6:30 AM 7:00 PM), 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Wisconsin Nursing License, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, CPR/BLS certification, and education verification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neurology or medical-surgical nursing is beneficial but not required
• Additional Information: Travel Registered Nurses may be asked to float to other units as needed. This role involves utilizing clinical expertise in patient safety, documentation, medication administration, and care planning. Participation in department or unit performance improvement activities may be required. The position is classified as normal urgency and scheduled to start on 10/05/2026, ending on 01/04/2027.
