Travel RN – Neuro/Trauma ICU
Location: Chico, California
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM Start | 12-Hour Shifts
⏰ Hours: 36 Hours/Week
We're seeking an experienced Neuro/Trauma ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Chico, CA. This Level II Trauma unit provides high-acuity care to neuro and trauma patients and is ideal for an experienced critical care RN with strong neuro/trauma expertise.
✅ Requirements
⚕️ Minimum 5 years of recent acute critical care experience
Level II Trauma Critical Care experience required
Epic charting experience required
Current California RN License
❤️ Current BLS & ACLS Certifications
✈️ Previous travel nursing experience required
Experience caring for high-acuity neuro/trauma patients
Unit Details
✔️ Level II Trauma Neuro/Surgical ICU
✔️ 12-bed unit
✔️ 2:1 patient ratio
✔️ Neuro/trauma patient population
✔️ Experience with ICP monitors, CRRT & lumbar drains preferred
✔️ Floating may be required to CVU, Telemetry Care, ICU/CCU, or Med-Surg units
Assignment Highlights
