Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Neuro ICU setting within a large hospital environment
- Monitor and assess neurological and critical care patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
- Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (traditional format only)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Travel and trauma hospital experience required to be considered
- Experience in a similar acute hospital setting required
- Flu vaccine required prior to start; no religious exemptions will be considered
- Locals will not be considered for this position
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in a Neuro ICU or comparable critical care specialty
- Familiarity with high-acuity, fast-paced trauma hospital environments
