    Contract | 7-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Neuro Critical Care ICU setting, managing a population that includes stroke, TBI, head injury, and neurosurgery patients
    • Perform thorough neurological assessments and basic bedside ICU procedures including line placement and intubationassist with bolt and drain bedside placements in collaboration with the neurosurgery team
    • Float between Neuro Critical Care ICU and Med/Surg ICU units, with possible float to other critical care and inpatient units as needed
    • Monitor and manage patients requiring EVD and ICP monitoring
    • Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the facility's electronic health record system
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA or ARC
    • Current NIHSS certification
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg ICU and/or Neuro ICU with strong neurological assessment skills
    • Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
    • Familiarity with EVDs and ICP monitoring
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • At least one prior travel nursing assignment
    • Experience as a Neuro Interventionalist
    • Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and adapt well to change
