Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill neuroscience patients in a combined ICU and Progressive Care Unit setting. Monitor and manage patients recovering from acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, neurointerventional radiology procedures, and neurosurgical interventions.

Monitor and manage patients recovering from acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, neurointerventional radiology procedures, and neurosurgical interventions
Utilize advanced monitoring technology and evidence-based practices to optimize neurological recovery and patient outcomes
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including neurosurgeons, neurointensivists, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation specialists
Deliver patient-centered care across the continuum of neurological recovery
Required Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
NIHSS certification required
Neuro ICU experience required
Level 1 trauma/critical care experience required
Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience
Experience caring for patients undergoing neurointerventional radiology procedures or complex neurosurgical interventions
