May need to float to the Neuro Intermediate Care unit. Unit has 18 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2, which can flex up or down based on acuity. Electronic Medical Record system used is Epic. Scrub color required is navy blue pants and solid navy blue tops or solid white tops, with jackets in solid navy blue or solid white. Floor orientation will consist of 2 shifts, with additional shifts if needed. No on-call expectations. Floating expectations include being first to float. Holiday expectations involve every other holiday. Epic access will be required.
