Candidates must have experience with simple one-level spine fusion to complex procedures involving ten or more levels, deformity corrections, spine tumors, complex cranial tumors, and neuro trauma. The role requires RN scrubbing skills and experience. The position includes weekday call of two shifts for 8 hours each and weekend call of three shifts for 12 hours each. Response time for call is 45 minutes. Floating to other service lines within the OR as needed is expected. Holiday requirements may include one major and one minor holiday depending on the timing of the contract. The operating room includes 28 rooms with a case load of 75 to 90 cases per day. Knowledge of Epic EMR is required.
