Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical, Neuro Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Weekend Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience in a large hospital setting License: Active RN License (North Dakota or Compact) Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Min 1 year recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience in a large hospital setting (250+ beds) Travel experience including successful completion Level 1 trauma experience Willingness to float to all units/locations as needed EPIC experience Strong Medical-Surgical experience; Neuro experience preferred but not required Description: Assessment and documentation of patient care Completion of nursing tasks Medication administration Utilization of equipment such as Epic EMR, Omnicell, and Alaris IV pumps Experience with neuro patients preferred but not required Experience working in a large hospital setting (200+ beds) 12-hour shifts with a requirement to work every other weekend and holiday Clinical staff must badge in and out Nurse-to-patient ratio of 4-5:1 on day shift and 6:1 on night shift Primary unit duties but may float to any Medical-Surgical unit as needed TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104!
