Neuromusculoskeletal Med Surg RN - Level II Shift Details
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts
- Blocked Weekends (DEN)
- Weekends, Holidays, On-Call, Callback, and Charge per Unit Needs
- 36 or 48 hours available
Position Overview
- Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice, the Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent care based on established standards
- The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of Med Surg experience
- Telemetry experience required
- NYS RN License (NY licenses only accepted at this time)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
- NIHSS certification
