Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuro ICU setting, managing complex neurological conditions
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing evidence-based nursing interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
• Float to ICU, IMC, and Telemetry units as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, care plans, and clinical findings in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (State or Compact) - must be in hand at time of submittal; license hits not accepted
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Neuro experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
