Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Three 12-hour shifts per week | 36 hours per week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns and respond to changes in patient status
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes
Fulfill rotating weekend and holiday coverage requirements on an every-other basis
Required Qualifications
Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Current S.T.A.B.L.E. Program certification
Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), three 12-hour shifts per week
Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills
Minimum of 5 years of NICU nursing experience preferred
Familiarity with high-acuity neonatal patient populations and intensive care protocols
