    Registered Nurse – NICU

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Three 12-hour shifts per week | 36 hours per week | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
    • Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns and respond to changes in patient status
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes
    • Fulfill rotating weekend and holiday coverage requirements on an every-other basis
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
    • Current S.T.A.B.L.E. Program certification
    • Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), three 12-hour shifts per week
    • Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Minimum of 5 years of NICU nursing experience preferred
    • Familiarity with high-acuity neonatal patient populations and intensive care protocols
