Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients in a Level IV NICU setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond to emergent situations and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Adhere to facility dress code: any color scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active and clear RN license (New York or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience
• Level IV NICU experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a different rate structure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for high-acuity neonatal populations
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in fast-paced NICU environments
