Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients in a Level IV NICU setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond to neonatal emergencies and perform resuscitation procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active and clear RN License
- BLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Minimum 2+ years of NICU RN experience
- Level IV NICU experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a different rate structure
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-acuity or academic medical center NICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills in fast-paced neonatal settings
