Contract | Days | 4x12 Hours (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 and/or 1:2 in accordance with unit needs
- Complete facility orientation modules as required by specialty
- Adhere to facility dress code and professional standards at all times
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support neonatal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN License required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
- COVID vaccination status required at time of submission
- Must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing 1:1 and 1:2 patient ratios in a NICU environment
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
