    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified NICU RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85016!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – NICU

    Location

    Phoenix, AZ | NICU (Level III/IV)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days (0700–1900) | 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver professional nursing care appropriate to the patient's age and condition in a NICU setting, in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team, patient, and family to promote patient health and support individualized nursing and medical plans of care.
    • Float between multiple campuses as needed to support staffing requirements.
    • Float to PICU and CVICU as required by unit needs.
    • Adhere to hospital goals, values, and regulatory standards in all aspects of patient care.
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in a NICU setting, with experience in PICU and CVICU.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
    • Current state RN license or RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges, or ability to establish licensure prior to start date.
    • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
    • Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
    • Current Advanced NRP certification.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a hospital with a Level III or IV NICU strongly preferred.
    • Previous experience in a children's hospital setting preferred.
