Contract | Travel | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 3 shifts per week | 6-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 2 NICU setting, caring for infants 32 weeks and above, up to 30 days old, in a 5-bed unit
• Manage patient ratios of 1:1 for CPAP patients, 1:2 standard, and occasionally 1:3 for feeder/grower infantsli>Perform and assist with advanced NICU procedures including CPAP, Hi-Flow, IV placement, OG tubes, UVCs, and surfactant administration using PANDA and Giraffe warmers — no ventilator management; vented patients are transferred
• Catch and transition newborns at delivery and cross-cover Mother-Baby when NICU census is low
• Document patient care using the CPN documentation system
• Adhere to Press Ganey patient experience standards

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience in a hospital setting
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• STABLE certification required
• CPR certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Mother-Baby experience preferred; candidates without may be considered for cross-training
• Familiarity with Level 2 NICU operations and growing unit environments
• Experience with surfactant administration and UVC placement
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative women's services unit alongside Labor & Delivery and Postpartum teams
