    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting, caring for neonates at gestational ages greater than 29 weeks
    • Maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios: Active Labor 1:1, Early Labor 1:2, and Postpartum 1:3 couplets
    • Perform and demonstrate competency in newborn resuscitation and neonatal transition care
    • Participate in weekend shifts as part of a self-scheduling team rotation
    • Float between regional locations as needed, with a minimum of 2 hours notice prior to shift when floating outside of primary site
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
    • NICU specialty experience required
    • Demonstrated competency in newborn resuscitation and neonatal transition
    • Ability and willingness to float between regional facilities as needed
    • No mandatory call requirement; however, must comply with facility call-off policy regarding weekend and holiday scheduling
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
    • Experience caring for neonates across a range of gestational ages and acuity levels
    • Familiarity with self-scheduling environments and flexible team-based scheduling
