    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – NICU

    Location

    Oklahoma City, OK

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 NICU setting during overnight shifts
    • Assess, monitor, and document patient status using Epic electronic health records
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support neonatal patient outcomes
    • Adhere to facility scheduling requirements, including weekend rotation of 5 shifts per 6-week cycle
    • Float within scope of practice to other units or sister facilities as needed to meet staffing demands
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license — no pending licenses accepted
    • Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
    • Current BLS, NRP/NALS, and STABLE certifications required
    • Proficiency with Epic charting system
    • Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility — local candidates are not eligible
