Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a 60-bed NICU with patient ratios of 2–3:1
• Utilize Philips monitoring equipment and document accurately in Meditech and Centricity Perinatal systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams in the absence of unit technicians, maintaining a high standard of patient care
• Adhere to unit scheduling requirements including rotating weekends and holidays
• Float to comparable high-need areas as required per unit floating policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current S.T.A.B.L.E. certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Philips monitoring systems
• Familiarity with Meditech and/or Centricity Perinatal documentation platforms
