Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Maintain compliance with department dress code, scheduling requirements, and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 24 months of NICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Recent Level III or Level IV NICU experience required
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active NRP certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Must not be a current resident of Arizona
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Flexibility with shifts, locations, and department assignments
