    Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
    • Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols
    • Maintain compliance with department dress code, scheduling requirements, and facility policies
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days with no disciplinary actions
    • Minimum of 24 months of NICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
    • Recent Level III or Level IV NICU experience required
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active NRP certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Must not be a current resident of Arizona
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Flexibility with shifts, locations, and department assignments
