Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients in a NICU setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of neonatal patients, responding promptly to changes in status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float to well baby nursery and transition nursery as needed
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current ACLS certification
- FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) certification
- Ability to float to well baby nursery and transition nursery
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
- Experience working in well baby nursery or transition nursery environments
