    Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends | 36 Guaranteed Hours

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients, including infants requiring CPAP, ventilation, and developmental care support
    • Assist with procedures including line placement, intubation, and circumcision
    • Manage and monitor central lines and stabilization of critically ill neonates, including attending deliveries as needed
    • Operate and monitor equipment including bedside monitors, warmers, phototherapy lights, and feeding/medication pumps
    • Document patient care accurately using electronic documentation systems
    • Float to the Newborn Nursery as needed and serve in a Charge RN capacity when required
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, unrestricted RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
    • Minimum 2 years of NICU or relevant hospital specialty experience
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
    • Current S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
    • Experience with CPAP/ventilation management, central lines, stabilization, and attending deliveries
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Meditech and/or CPN documentation systems
    • Familiarity with GE bedside monitors, Giraffe/Panda Warmers, Natus Neoblue phototherapy lights, and Neomed/Medfusion pumps
    • Experience providing family-centered care in a NICU setting
