Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Level II/III NICU setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill neonatal patients
- Float to other Women's Services units (such as Mother/Baby) as needed
- Flex to an alternate facility location when census is low, as outlined in contract terms
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of four (4) years of Level III NICU experience
- Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility (address verification via current Driver's License required)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working across multiple Women's Services units
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient census demands across facilities
